At AZ Cool Pools, we are guided by our three core principles:
Dependability – Doing what we say we are going to do.
Integrity – Doing the right thing even when no one is looking.
Partnership – Building trust and credibility with our clients and applying a “homeowner”
mentality. Working together to make all pools sparkling and blue.

4pm.
- If a manual vacuum is necessary, there will be a $30 charge for extra time.
We encourage a Poolrx for the pool in the springtime after filter has been cleaned.
- Delays in authorizing repairs to broken equipment may result in a dirty pool requiring additional cleaning charges.
- Additional service trips to the pool outside of regular weekly cleaning will incur a $100 minimum charge.
- Due to liability and time constraints, we are unable to remove and replace covers, security netting, etc. Please have these items removed on the day of service.
- Safety gates/back gates need to be working properly and will always be closed to limit liability.
- For the safety of our technicians, please ensure all pets are secured during our visits to your pool.
Billing Procedures:
Invoice for services rendered are sent out at the end of each month and will be emailed through our accounting software.
Payment:
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Options for method of payment are as follows:
- Direct withdraw via ACH or debit card
- Credit Card (3% service fee)
- Venmo or Zelle
- Check
Vacation:
We take 4 weeks of vacation per year. Vacations are typically in the winter months (a week at a time) as it is difficult to leave during our hot Arizona summer months. There are several months during the year when you will receive 5 weeks’ worth of service in each month and not charged extra.
Phosphate Removal Treatment:
In May of every year, we add a chemical to remove phosphates from your pool water at a cost of $75. This is a very sophisticated treatment that we have found valuable in combatting summer algae build up. Typically, greater Phoenix water has many minerals and phosphates in it naturally, so the phosphate removal process is important.
Minor repairs:
It is standard practice to replace items with a charge of $50 or less, such as O-rings, hose sections, pump baskets/skimmer baskets etc., without prior authorization. These items are critical to keeping the pool in good running order. We will ask for prior authorization for repairs over $50.00.
DE/Cartridge Filter Cleans:
If your pool has either a DE Filter or a Cartridge filter, they will need to be cleaned twice annually, once in the spring and once in the fall. Routine maintenance of your filter is very necessary, will enhance its life span and keep your pool water in optimal shape. The cost for this service is $135 and $25 for a drum Oring replacement.
Replacement cartridge filters will be discussed with homeowner/property owner, as they are more durable, but also more expensive per set. Typically, we can alert you 6 months in advance of when they will need to be replaced.
